Classical Guitar Build – part 20

The process. Final touches to heel stock shaping maple veneer to fit rosewood heel stock, sanding down heel stock fractions of a mm at a time to match veneer perfectly to maple binding on body, a fiddly but rewarding process, then glue into position. Preparing the neck bolt, measure depth and cut threaded rod glue in with 24hr Araldite and set aside. Last pic is a sneak peak at the timber selection for bridge hmmmmmm fancy.
