Cutting out the top marked out with template thicknessing the top and mark out bracing and sound hole, prepare bracing planning down to 5-6mm, drill pilot hole for router jig, measure rosette and mark soundboard, make small cuts with the router until required depth and width to fit rosette, glue in rosette and clamp, using the router to cut the excess of the back.
