Building the neck block from 3 components, radiusing neck block with some fancy facet cutting, glueing and clamping together and set aside to dry overnight, cut and radius 3 braces for the back using a 15″ radius block this creates the slight curvature for the back, aligning the braces to the previously marked spacing and glue braces to the back with an ingenious method of using sticks cut to length, one end up to a false ceiling and other end on material creating a slight bow and perfect downward pressure to hold bracing in place overnight whilst the glue dries.
